We want more Kiwi kids opening doors to brighter futures.

Homework HELP Clubs are a simple idea. We partner firms, businesses or organisations with a local low decile primary school. A group of their volunteers spends an hour a week helping kids at the school with their homework.

Volunteers love the chance to make a difference to a child and their community. It doesn’t have to be the same volunteers each week – it’s a flexible commitment that staff can diary when it works for them.

“One of our volunteers told me she would go to Homework HELP Club every day if she could. It’s been amazing to see the genuine connections being made in our communities through such a simple idea.”

After a two year pilot at Holy Family School in Porirua, we are on track to have ten new Clubs up and running by the end of this year.

“It’s about opening our kids’ eyes to the different possibilities out there … these kids are very happy, talented, knowledgeable, and smart.” Chris Theobald, Principal, Holy Family School

Homework HELP Club is a chance to help our kids to learn, and learn more about each other at the same time. Start a Homework HELP Club and help our Kiwi kids dream big.

Do you want to get involved? Are you a decile one primary school? Are you an organisation interested to provide volunteers? Watch this video to see how simple it is.
